If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Easy Return – No Pickup Required

If your product is eligible for a return or exchange, you do not need to wait for a pickup from our side.

Simply contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and share the required details and an unboxing video.

After approval, you can self-ship the product to us using a reliable courier service.

Please note: The product must be unused, undamaged, and packed securely with all original packaging and tags, wherever applicable.

Exchange, Return & Replacement Policy

We currently offer exchange or replacement only.
❌ There is absolutely no cash refund policy for customer-initiated returns or exchanges.

Exchange or replacement is available in the following cases:

• You received a defective product.

• You received a damaged product.

• You received an incorrect product/design.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

🎥 An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange, return, or replacement request.

The unboxing video must clearly show the package from the time it is opened and the product received.

Any request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange for a Different Design/Product

If you simply want to exchange your product for a different design or product, an one-way shipping charge of ₹99 will be applicable.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping – No Pickup

For approved return/exchange requests, we do not provide a pickup service.

Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address after receiving approval from our customer support team.
